When a survey needs more than 20 analysable responses, you unlock that one survey. Custom branding and the in-app AI help assistant are available on request.
Collection keeps running and nothing is lost: every response is still captured and stored. Responses past the first 20 are held, which means they are not shown in dashboards or included in exports until you unlock that survey. The moment you do, all of them appear at once.

No. MapX has no subscription and nothing renews, so there is nothing to cancel. You pay once for each survey you unlock, and for credit packs if you use the AI features. Your account stays free whether or not you ever buy anything.
No. An unlock is tied to the survey and lasts as long as the survey does. Every response it has collected and every response it collects from now on stays analysable and exportable. The only things that end it are a full refund or deleting the survey.
So you can decide without a sales call. Everything MapX costs is on the pricing page: a survey is free up to 20 analysable responses, unlocking it costs €490 excluding VAT, once, and AI credits are sold in packs. The list price is the same for every customer.
AI features spend credits instead of being metered by the minute or the token. Generating a survey costs 5 credits, asking AI to edit a survey costs 2 credits, asking it to build a dashboard costs 2 credits, and summarising a question costs 1 credit. The survey generator and both AI chats show what a request costs before you send it; an AI summary card spends 1 credit each time it writes or refreshes its summary.

Yes. You pay by card in the app, through Stripe, and the survey unlocks or the credits arrive straight away. No sales call or quote is needed. Payments happen in the app rather than on this site because each one names the survey or workspace it applies to.
Yes, for a survey unlock. Organisations that cannot pay by card request an invoice with 30-day terms from the unlock dialog in the app: you give your organisation number and purchase reference, we email a Stripe invoice, and the survey unlocks once it is paid.
Prices are shown excluding VAT. Stripe Tax calculates and collects local VAT and sales tax from your billing address. EU business customers can supply a valid VAT number for reverse charge.
Yes. We refund a survey unlock in full within 14 days, as long as that survey has not collected past its free 20 responses since you unlocked it. Once an unlock has released held responses it has been delivered in full and is not refundable. Unspent credits are refundable within 14 days of purchase; credits you have already spent are not. Credits we gave you for free have no cash value. Duplicate or mistaken charges are always refunded. Full terms are in our Terms of Service.
